ABOUT

Silver Dollar Road is a 2023 American documentary film written, directed, and co-produced by Raoul Peck, based on the ProPublica (in partnership with The New Yorker) article "Kicked Off The Land" by Lizzie Presser. The film chronicles a waterfront property passed down through generations in the Reels family, which becomes the target of land developers. It made its global premiere on September 8, 2023, at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival, and it was released on October 13, 2023, via Amazon MGM Studios, prior to streaming on Prime Video on October 20, 2023.

THE CHALLENGE

The Silver Dollar Road PR team approached Dyme Agency at the onset of the film promotional campaign, with a desire for a creative partner to design/develop marketing assets for the upcoming campaign ahead of the Toronto International Film Festival debut.

THE SOLUTION

Our team helped Silver Dollar Road create a 6 page microsite, in built with lead generation tools and video/photo collages.

We followed this up with the development of a digital course and a suite of graphic design assets [print/digital] that were used throughout the duration of the campaign.

To enhance the collaborative process, we onboarded the client to our Project Management Software to accelerate the asset request process and asset archives.
