How do I begin a project?

Firstly, we ask that you complete our Social Media Inquiry Form below. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for a member of our team to get back with you.

What platforms come in the package?

Our standard social media management package includes Instagram &/or Facebook. Additional platforms available per request, at an additional fee.

Do you have to invest in social media advertising as part of a social media management plan?

While we recommend investing in paid advertisements on social media to achieve the best results, we do not require that clients invest in advertising as part of their social media management plan with us.

Can I speak to someone about my project before I commit?

Absolutely. Once your inquiry has been received and we have accepted the scope of work requested, we will assign you a project manager. You will be able speak to you project manager before we begin working together.

Do I need to provide content for my templates?

It isn't 100% necessary but it does benefit the design if you do have some imagery we can work with and some text. It means we can make the designs unique to your business and content rather than generic.

Do I need branding to book in for a Instagram package?

Yes. You'll need to provide us with a Brand Identity guide. This includes your logo files (vector files are preferred), fonts and color palette as well as any other specific brand collateral like patterns, textures etc.

How is payment processed?

Clients on a monthly contract will be required to make payments monthly. We require a full up front monthly payment at the time of signing, in order for us to begin any work. Once your contract is signed, we will send you an invoice with a link to process your payment on Honeybook (our client portal).
